Relationship between temperature & humidity
Temperature and humidity are very closely related. Controlling both requires correctly designed, installed, commissioned, and maintained equipment.
Tight temperature and humidity parameters are required in laboratories, pharmaceutical manufacture, the food industry, and many commercial applications.
Thermo Tech has built a reputation on the ability to design, select, select, install, and maintain equipment for the control of temperature and humidity.
Moisture in the air is volatile; controlling humidity provides challenges especially if tight parameters are required. Humidity is closely related to air temperature. The term ‘relative’ in the expression Relative Humidity (often abbreviated to RH) means humidity relative to the air temperature. RH can be changed by changing air temperature while the quantity of moisture in the air remains unchanged.
Whether the humidity and temperature be higher or lower than ambient Thermo Tech can design a solution and advise on running costs. As with most technical applications first cost and operating costs need to be considered at the design stage to ensure the most efficient solution is selected.
